My connection to storytelling started long before photography. I grew up drawn to books and films that felt immersive, emotional, cinematic, a little dramatic. The kind of stories where you remember the small things, a hand squeeze, a glance, the shift in a room.
When I picked up a camera, it felt like a natural extension of that. Photography became a way to hold onto moments the same way I experienced them, quiet, emotional, and a little imperfect. It is less about creating something new, and more about noticing what is already there.
I believe the best moments are the ones that are not forced. The subtle shifts, the in between, the way something naturally unfolds when there is space for it. My role is not to control the day, but to pay attention to it. To notice what is already there and document it in a way that feels honest and lasting. I approach each day with curiosity and intention, noticing the small, quiet moments that often go unseen.
The way hands brush, the glances exchanged, the pauses between laughter and conversation—these are the moments that carry the most feeling. My goal is to create images that don’t just show what happened, but how it felt to be there, capturing the atmosphere, movement, and emotion of the day in a way that feels timeless and real.
We did family photos with our extended family (my parents, my brother and his wife, and my husband and our 4 kiddos). She made the session so positive, capturing both the bigger family unit as a whole while also getting individual family/couples photos. I cannot recommend her enough. Will absolutely be utilizing her for all family photos moving forward

From the start, she was easy to work with, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. She provided helpful and clear information and was always so responsive. Her warmth and passion for her craft was evident! Daisy captured the joy of our wedding so beautifully and honestly. Looking at the pictures feels like reliving the magic of the day itself! We can’t say enough good things, and hope to work with her again! Thank you Daisy, you made a truly special day all the more special with your care and energy!

You want to be present in your day, not perform for the camera. Every look, every touch, every quiet pause matters more than perfectly posed shots.
You care about emotion over perfection. The subtle gestures and natural interactions are what make your story feel real.
You are drawn to atmosphere and story. Foggy mornings, misty beaches, cozy cabins, and forests with shifting light set the scene for your day.
You want images that feel cinematic and timeless. Photos that capture the way it felt to be there, not just how it looked.
